Cooperation with INTEMAC within the DIGIMAT consulting programme was a new experience for our company. Already during the initial analysis, we were convinced of the wisdom of taking this step and the effective use of their services. After the initial analysis, we chose Mr. Miroslav Křeček as an expert. As part of the consultancy programme, we set ourselves the task of designing a concept for production planning and collection. DIGIMAT, together with Mr. Křeček, fully accomplished our ideas. We now have a clearer idea of the issue and, more importantly, we know how to solve it. We look forward to further cooperation with these companies.
I am very happy that I was able to join IN-EKO TEAM thanks to the DIGIMAT programme. I met a great team of people who are very interested in moving the company closer to Industry 4.0 standards. My task was to map the process of technological preparation of production, capacity planning and production management and to propose a concept for the future development of the company in the above described areas. The collaboration during the analysis and workshops was fantastic; we did a great deal of work in a short period of time. I believe it has helped the company to realize the direction it wants to go. We defined the effort and costs they will have to put in, but also the effect of all their future efforts. I would like to thank INTEMAC for allowing me to participate in the consultancy programme. We would never have been able to prepare the tender documents to such a high standard on our own. After meetings with information system suppliers, it was clear to me what an advantage it is to have a professional on your side. On our own, we would have had a hard time conveying and adequately justifying our requirements to the contractors. A great added value was the overlap of the DIGIMAT specialist beyond the information system area. Specifically, we could adequately discuss our requirements at the business model level with him.
We joined the DIGIMAT consulting programme because we needed to select a new information system that would fit our needs. However, I couldn’t quite imagine what to expect from consulting with an external specialist. The cooperation started with setting up the right company processes that would lead to a smooth implementation of the new ERP system. Together with the specialist, we selected the two best possible options and today we are just waiting to see if its implementation will be financially supported by the OPPIK grant. I have to say that the process setup alone has helped us to achieve some improvements and I believe that the new ERP system will support us even more. Among other things, the consultation helped us to consolidate the role of the managing director in the company, which was an unexpected side effect.
